Business and scope

AK World provides digital, software, website, marketing, design and related professional services. Specific deliverables, schedules, client obligations and commercial terms will be defined in the accepted quotation, statement of work, order or written service agreement. Where an individual agreement differs from these general website terms, the agreed project terms govern to the extent applicable.

Quotations and displayed prices

Our services are offered to international as well as Pakistan-based customers. Website prices and indicative packages may be displayed in US dollars (USD) for international comparison and quotation purposes. Final service scope, agreed price, payment currency, taxes, conversion if applicable and available payment method will be disclosed in the quotation or payment process before a charge is accepted. Card payment acceptance and settlement remain subject to approval by the relevant bank or payment provider.

Orders, deposits and payment

A quotation becomes binding only after it is accepted according to its stated terms. Any deposit, milestone or renewal charge must be disclosed before acceptance. Payment instructions will be issued through an agreed business channel; do not send card details or one-time passwords by ordinary email or messaging.

Client responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate project information, lawful instructions, necessary content and any permissions or licensed assets required to perform the work. Delayed responses, unavailable materials or requested scope changes can affect the delivery schedule and fees; such changes should be agreed in writing.

Intellectual property and portfolio claims

Clients remain responsible for their supplied content and rights. Ownership and licensing of newly created deliverables are governed by the accepted project agreement and any agreed payment conditions. Third-party trademarks and brands are owned by their respective rights holders; their appearance on a page does not itself establish an AK World client relationship or endorsement.

Project changes and acceptance

Material changes in scope, price or delivery timeline will be discussed and confirmed. Acceptance and revision rounds should follow the agreed quotation or statement of work.

Subscriptions and renewals

If a recurring subscription is offered, the billing interval, renewal price, payment method, cancellation process and any trial terms will be disclosed before enrollment. Where supported by an approved payment provider, authorized renewals may be processed automatically. Customers can request cancellation of future renewals as stated in the applicable subscription terms.

Refunds and cancellation

Acceptable use

Customers must not request illegal, deceptive, infringing, abusive or otherwise prohibited activities. AK World may decline or discontinue work that would violate law, third-party rights or an approved provider's acceptable-use rules, subject to applicable agreements and customer rights.

Support and disputes

For questions about an order, invoice, project, complaint or subscription, please contact the business email shown below and identify the relevant order or service without sending payment credentials. Disputes will be reviewed against the accepted agreement and applicable law.

Changes to these terms

These website terms may be revised. New project orders are subject to the version or specific written terms presented at acceptance; existing signed agreements are not automatically replaced by an online change.
